Installation
Up and running in minutes
Download and upload
Go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin and upload the calentra.zip file.
Activate
Click Activate Plugin. Calentra auto-creates its database tables on first run.
Create a service
Go to Calentra → Services, add your first service with duration, price, and availability.
Add the shortcode
Edit any page and add [calentra]. The booking widget renders instantly on the frontend.
Configure payments
Go to Calentra → Settings → Payments and paste your Razorpay or Stripe API keys.
Activate your license
Go to Calentra → License, enter your key from your purchase email, click Activate.
FAQ
Common questions
Can I use Calentra without a license?
Yes. The free version supports unlimited appointments and one service. A license unlocks all four payment gateways, multiple services, white-labeling, and priority support.
How do I set up Razorpay?
Go to Calentra → Settings → Payments, select Razorpay, and paste your Key ID and Key Secret from your Razorpay dashboard. Test mode keys work too.
Can customers cancel their own bookings?
Yes. Every confirmation email includes a secure cancellation link. No login required — the link is HMAC-signed so only the actual customer can use it.
Does it work with page builders?
Yes. The [calentra] shortcode works in Gutenberg, Elementor, Divi, WPBakery, and any other builder that supports shortcodes.
What happens if I don't renew my license?
The plugin continues working normally for 14 days after expiry (grace period). After that, payment gateways and premium features are paused until you renew.
Can I use one license on multiple sites?
Starter covers 1 site, Pro covers 3 sites, and Agency covers 10 sites. Deactivating on any site frees that slot so you can re-use the license elsewhere.
Does it take a percentage of bookings?
No. Calentra charges a flat annual fee only. Your payment gateway (Razorpay, Stripe, etc.) charges their standard processing fees — Calentra takes nothing.
Is it GDPR / data compliant?
Customer data is stored only on your own WordPress database — nothing is sent to third-party servers except the payment processor you choose. You control your data completely.
